Speed reading courses are a great way to start speed reading. Learning speed reading can be a pretty rewarding experience. If you like reading, it will help you enjoy more time to read other books and learn more. After some practice and guidance you can end up reading at forty times the speed of the average reader – while maintaining full comprehension of what you are reading.

Most people are skeptical about the speed reading results – increasing up to 100 times your reading speed- but this is mainly because a lack of information. The course will provide you with techniques and exercises, but there's also another part that it is entirely up to you: the application of the methods. Only after reading a lot and applying the techniques you'll be able to master them. Neglect you practice and you won't make much progress.

There are speed reading courses available online in the form of ebooks, software, and there are courses offline that even require you to go to a special class. It is up to you which one you prefer. Either way, you're on your way to a mastering of a new important skill.
